  • The wood package includes all the lumber needed to construct four walls and the ceiling in tongue and groove boards, build two tiers of floating benches, build a backrest, trim, build walking area duckboard flooring, and build a heater guard. Assembly and mounting hardware included. See images and layout for more details.

    • Upon placing the order, our team will send over a CAD for the customer’s approval. We will then provide a shipping quote and have a better idea of the lead time when the order is processed.

    • The customer is advised to promptly remit shipping payment through the link provided in the invoice in order to avoid any shipping delays.

    • The shipping weights and dimensions will be available as soon as the order is prepped to ship.

    • The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment (LTL) and on a wooden pallet.

    • The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the items to ground level. The customer is responsible for transporting the contents into the home or facility.

    • Prior to shipping this product, we will call to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.
